Keep saying the rhyme while jumping until you miss/stop. The one said when you stopped is what you have to do.

Hi - The rope comes off the ground
Low - The rope goes low to the ground
Jolly - Jump with your arms crossed and legs come out in front of you (russian kind of dance)
Peppers - Really really fast
Medium - normal
Fast - fast
Take an end - Next person's turn and you take an end.
